1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect and why
We collect only what you give us, and only for the purpose shown next to each form. Contact form: name, email, topic and message, to reply to you. List your tool form: tool details and contact email, to review and publish your listing. Waitlists and provider waitlist: name, email and what you offer or need, to contact you when that part of the marketplace opens. Plan email: your email and your plan summary, to send you your plan. Notify me: your email and chosen category. Missing-match form: your needs (no contact detail unless you add an email), to decide which tools to add.
3. Quiz answers
Your quiz answers are kept in your browser's session storage for the current tab. They are not sent to us unless you save your plan, use the assistant on the results page, or send the missing-match form. When no good match is found, a short anonymous record of your needs (category, industry, budget and preference, but not your own words and no contact detail) is sent to our form inbox so we know what to add.
4. The AI assistant
If you use the assistant, your message, the language you selected, and, on the results page, a summary of your quiz answers, are sent to our server function and from there to xAI, which generates the reply. We ask xAI not to store the conversation and we do not keep it ourselves. xAI processes the data under its own terms. [Review xAI data processing terms, retention and transfer wording.]
5. Where it is stored
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, and we read them in the Netlify dashboard. Notification emails are sent to the binsolv team. Netlify also keeps ordinary server logs. [Add Netlify data processing and international transfer details after review.]
6. Cookies and local storage
binsolv does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores your language choice in local storage and your quiz answers in session storage, both in your own browser, and both can be cleared at any time.
7. Legal basis
