2. What binsolv is
binsolv is a marketplace and directory. It helps individuals and businesses work out a next step, and then find an AI tool or, when that side of the marketplace opens, a person or business that can help. The AI tools directory is informational. Using the quiz, the matching and the assistant does not create a contract between you and any vendor or provider.
3. Using the site
You agree to use binsolv lawfully, not to attempt to disrupt it, not to submit false or misleading information, and not to scrape it in a way that harms the service. [Add acceptable-use details after review.]
4. Tool listings and recommendations
Listings describe third-party products. We write summaries from the vendor's own materials and link to the vendor's own site. We do not guarantee that a summary is current, complete or correct, and a tool that is listed or recommended is not endorsed by us. Matching results are rule-based; the assistant is AI and can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking a tool's features, pricing and terms before you use or buy it.
5. Submitting a tool or service
When you submit a tool or service you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the information is accurate. We may edit, decline or remove any listing. [Add content licence wording after review.]
6. Commission
When a deal between a buyer and a seller is closed through binsolv, binsolv charges a commission of 20% of the deal value. There are no other fees. [Define "closed through binsolv", payment flow, currency, taxes and refund handling.]
